Monash University is looking for a
**Contact Centre Manager 2IC **to support the
**Alumni Outreach Centre.** As the 2IC, you will work alongside the Alumni Outreach Centre Manager and manage a team of 20 student callers as well as their team leaders.

You will be part of the team that oversees a variety of call centre activities focused on fundraising and alumni engagement. The Alumni Outreach Centre predominantly raises funds for equity scholarships that support refugees, asylum seekers, indigenous students and students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The students making these calls have lived experiences and were previous recipients of these scholarships, which in turn brings value and passion to their work.

**About the role**:
As part of the role you will need to have knowledge and understanding of all facets of an outbound call centre, with the confidence to manage and run the annual phone appeal in line with pre-determined strategies and objectives. You will also be coaching and mentoring the student callers and team leaders, to ensure staff are highly engaged, motivated and trained with the requisite skills, and on the necessary systems required to perform their role.
- **Salary** Package: $93-100k Base + 17% Super + 15% shift loading
- **Hours**: Monday - Thursday 1pm - 9pm and Friday 11am - 7pm

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous **Team Leader or 2IC experience **within a Contact Centre
- Experience in **Fundraising **or the **Non-for-Profit **sector would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of Software such as Salesforce and Contact Space would be desirable
- Have the ability to **engage, motivate, **and **mentor **a team
- Be able to prepare and deliver **workshops and training **to the team
