- Working days - Monday to Friday
**About the role**:
As a Contact Centre Administrator you will be responsible for providing customer service and coordination support within the Commercial division. The purpose of this role is to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while managing new orders and bookings efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Contact Centre Administrators.
- Generate invoices and issue customer warranty documentation.
- Maintain a daily customer service log.
- Resolve customer product and service issues.
- Attend meetings as needed.
**Coordination**
- Confirm readiness of vehicles for booking and update the system.
- Provide support to other Contact Centre Administrators.
- Communicate with team members and management effectively.
- Expedite orders for used vehicles or vehicles in stock.
- Follow up on installations and stock shipments.
- Update records and portals accurately.
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service and administration. **Previous call centre experience would be highly beneficial**.
