**The Position**

In the role of Administration Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and assisting clients in a supportive and efficient manner
- Respond to incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate team members, take detailed messages
- Assist the Sales team with preparing open home packs, printing, scanning
- Assist the Property Management team with filing, rate payments, rental termination procedures
- Maintain a clean environment in common areas

- Previous reception or administration experience, including database management, data entry
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate License is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented, self-starter with the ability to organise priorities efficiently
- Enthusiastic and willing to take the extra step to provide excellent customer service
