acting as the point of contact for all resident/families/employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- answering phone calls. Directing phone calls to the appropriate person, taking messages and assisting clients when directed.
- assisting with accounts payable and receivable processing and general bookkeeping
- attending meetings to take minutes and completion of minutes in a professional manner.
- co-ordinating new admissions, managing the waiting list and conducting tours of the residence with prospective residents/families.
- maintaining and update company databases
- organising a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- re-stocking and re-ordering as per a schedule
- assistance with recruitment, staff on-boarding process and payroll.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude and working as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a mature and professional approach to customer service.
- Attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
