Sales Support and Administration

A well-established commercial and residential supplier of natural stone tiles internationally are currently seeking an outstanding Sales Administration professional to join their expanding team.
**_ Key Areas of responsibility_**
- Providing efficient and effective customer service and support to the clients and sales team, while undertaking a diverse range of administrative activities
- Managing project supply through the utilisation of our business management software.
- Generating and processing quotations, sales orders, and Tax Invoices.
- Liaising with internal and external service providers and suppliers to coordinate product supply.
- Administer and maintain office systems, and CRM database.
- Handling and reconciling accounts receivable and payable enquiries.
- General office and administration duties and any ad hoc duties as directed by the Manager
**_Your Skills_**
- High level administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good rapport with current and potential clients
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and manage competing demands and shifty priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Desire to demonstrate initiative and achieve excellence in your role
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
