**We are seeking a Cash Management Officer to join us on a fixed-term contract basis in our Chatswood office.**

**What will I be doing as a Cash Management Officer?**
- Checking and verifying funds received
- Processing payments (including PEXA runs, Internal Payments, TT payments, Bpay payments and RTGS payments)
- Monitoring the Cash Management Team inbox (handling internal and external enquiries)
- Issuing daily statements
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Completing daily reconciliations

**The successful applicant will have these skills and attributes**:

- 6 months + experience working in banking or payments
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in communication
- High attention to detail
- Be an excellent team player with exceptional customer service skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Work seamlessly within multiple payment and reporting platforms

**Desired requirements**
- Settlement knowledge or bank reconciliation knowledge would be advantageous however, not essential

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
