**The Role**
The Office Manager & Executive support will ensure the operation of the Head Office is supported in addition to providing comprehensive timely and efficient administrative support to the Executive Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Event coordination and collaboration
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Screening and redirection of calls
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Actioning mail and other information and dealing with important/confidential issues as appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the office/function

- Advanced skills with word, PPT and excel
