Advance OHS has a new opportunity for a Training Coordinator/Administrator based at our office in Padstow, Sydney. This role involved the coordination of WHS Courses for our clients. There maybe provision of working from home in the future

**Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Organise onsite and public courses
- Enter relevant information and data for courses and students
- Assist students
- Coordinate with various stakeholders
- Review student feedback and reports

**About you**:

- Basic knowledge of VET sector
- Good working knowledge of Xero accounting software
- Experience using moodle
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
- Proficient intermediate user of Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- LMS knowledge and Instructional design are desirable

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $62,182.98 - $117,847.05 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
