**About the Team**
Our award-winning Employee Experience team is made up of experts who are focused on reimagining new ways of working and enabling all MYOBelievers to help more businesses in Australia and New Zealand reach their potential. From talent acquisition, people advisory, organisational development to employee services, digital experience, and workplace experience, we ensure your ride with MYOB is an exceptional one.
**The Opportunity**
You'll build organisational capability in remuneration processes and practices, through data analysis, insights, education, and training.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to work either full time or part time hours.
**You'll be focused on...**:
- Lead the effective delivery of the annual remuneration review as well as short-term incentive review
- Delivery of high quality market data and remuneration competitive analysis, along with trends reporting
- Providing expertise and advisory on Sales Commission programs along with analysis and reporting
- Analysis and reporting on Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and Award compliance
- Development and delivery of the benefits strategy, programs and offerings to the organisation in Australia and New Zealand
**What we'd like to see from you...**:
- Proven track record in Human Resources, or in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce or equivalent
- Advanced numeracy, analysis and spreadsheet skills
- Deep understanding of remuneration & benefits standard processes
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and outstanding remuneration and benefits practices
- In-depth knowledge of organisational policies and practices
