This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join a supportive, values based team who are passionate about providing support to its customers. In this fast paced call centre role, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, accurately noting communications and providing a positive experience for customers. This is a 3 month temporary role starting immediately with potential to extend. This is a great opportunity to secure immediate employment and hit the ground running

**DUTIES**
- Respond to incoming customer enquiries, demonstrating a high level of attentiveness and care
- Identify and record key issues and information in the system
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and passing on their queries to the appropriate department for resolution
- Manage customer expectations by providing clear and transparent information
- Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in inputting data into the management system

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in this role you will have prior experience working in a contact centre environment providing exceptional service to customers. You will have excellent communication skills, ability to have meaningful conversations with customers and a high level of accuracy with data entry and note taking. You will be experienced in using a range of software and able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to identify potential risks and escalate to the relevant department
- Ability to pick up new software and systems
