Forrest Marketing Group are looking for an experienced Call Centre Trainer and Team Leader to look manage our growing call centre team.

You will be tasked with:

- Induction and ongoing training of our outbound sales agents
- Conduct regular team and individual review in order to deliver our client's stated targets
- Design, modify and document all call centre training materials
- Team development including one on ones and team meetings
- Work with the team to advise on areas for campaign improvement
- Day to day management of the team

About you:

- You have at least 2 years experience in a call centre leadership role
- You have demonstrated an ability to drive results in a similar team
- You have experience training sales people
- An understanding of B2B sales desirable
- Experience in an outsourced call centre environment highly desirable but not essential
