**About the OPPORTUNITY**:
Kinetic IT are currently looking for an individual who is passionate, creative, adaptable, and ready for the next step in their Learning and Development career. This role will be engaged in the design, development and implementation of learning interventions, programs, and frameworks. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Learning and Development, who is ready for the opportunity to play a key role in shaping our future learning landscape and culture. The ideal person will want to be part of a collaborative team, is action orientated, has a growth mindset and can translate business challenges into capability development opportunities.
**If you were here yesterday, these are some of the things you would be involved in**:
- Guiding Subject Matter Experts and advising them in all phases of the Learning and Development lifecycle.
- Designing, developing, and implementing learning interventions, programs, and frameworks.
- Leading and supporting system and platform implementations.
- Developing content including creating eLearning courses, video, and animation.
- Conducting and consulting on learning needs analysis.
- Conducting data analysis/trend analysis and providing insights that inform business decisions.
- Internal consulting, coaching, and advising on learning initiatives from inception to evaluation.
**Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following**:
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience working on/leading projects that are enable learning, skills development, growth and change.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Experience with Learning Systems e.g., Percipio, Cornerstone, Workday, Janison.
- Proficient using MS Office and exposure to Articulate, Vyond and similar content creation tools.
- Exposure to digital media creation such as graphic design, video, and animation.
- Knowledge of Cloud, ITIL/Service Management, DEVOPS, Network & Cyber Security (desired).
