**iSee** is an Australian video meeting solution for the education sector that enables many-to-many crowd collaboration, merging video conferencing with interactive, virtual spaces. Participants' video and audio is streamed in real time via personal webcams into an immersive setting where they can move around freely, form groups, talk and share content just as they would in the real world.
The iSee technology enables large video meetings to take place using an order of magnitude less bandwidth, with a higher level of engagement, than existing video conferencing systems.

**Who are you?**
Well, in addition to your 3+ years in SaaS, or MSP, or Networks account management (ideally with Government customers) if most people describe you as:
- A quick learner and commercially savvy;
- Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;
- Very goal driven and energetic;
- Self-confident but not overbearing;
- Someone who enjoys meeting with technology users and influencers;
- A creative and adaptable thinker;
- Comfortable in taking charge of sales situations when needed;
- Good under pressure;
- Resilient;
- Pro-active and keen to take the initiative;
- Good at reading both people - and the facts; and
- Methodologically able to approach the sales process in a well organised way...

**The role?**
iSee has won a significant contract with Education Queensland. Initially this role will see you in 'land and expand' mode, working with users and influencers within the contract, ensuring increasing adoption of the iSee solution. From there, growth objectives will see leveraging connections and success stories to open opportunities in Victoria and the Northern Territory. This role will see you, ideally, evolving and taking on an increasingly account executive/business development focus - along with increasing earning capacity.

Salary is $110K - $120K with OTE in the order of $150K uncapped
