About the role
To provide expertise and services as required in regard to the Anaesthetic Department's workforce management. Take an active role within the Department's roster group and integrate their decisions into effective workforce planning and timely work schedule generation.Update data sources and actively participate in the audit and reporting of staff, sessional and service workloads/activity. Liaise with all other relevant professional groups and services.
