**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Manager - Workforce Optimisation** in our Member Services team, you will drive operational excellence through the production of reliable volume and resource forecasting, driving resource optimisation across the business, understanding the broader landscape, and effectively using data to predict the current and future needs for Member Services.

This role will work collaboratively across Member Services and the broader Group to understand key drivers that are likely to impact plans and develop and maintain operational resource plans on behalf of Member Services.

Your skills and experience will lead the Workforce Optimisation team and is responsible for embedding an integrated Workforce Planning function including all applicable forecasting, scheduling, adherence, real time monitoring, governance and associated reporting and operational support.

This role is available as a permanent opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Demonstrable experience leading a team with the ability to provide coaching and mentoring to teams and leaders.
- Experience leading a workforce planning function in an operational business.
- Knowledge and understanding of Member Services related workforce planning requirements and methodologies.
- Experience with Contact Centre WFM and Telephony solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire knowledge and experience leveraging business process improvements to deliver business focused solutions.
- High level financial management skills including an ability to work collaboratively with our Finance Business Partner to develop the Member Services budget and associated business cases for resourcing requirements.
- Excellent collaboration skills with proven experience in drawing together multiple parts of a business to deliver a cohesive outcome is essential.
- A high level of organisational and time management skills while responding to frequent demands of multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work and embrace a changing and growth environment with regular changing priorities and developing opportunities.
- Understanding of strategic priorities and performance metrics of the business unit in order to make resource recommendations to the Leadership team.
