About the Company:
Day-Day Duties:
- To provide professional claims handling service to clients, which is designed to offer solutions, fulfil client objectives, achieve the best possible cost outcomes.
- To manage the day-to-day handling of claims.
- Process, follow up and negotiate claims to the appropriate level of authority.
- Maintain client claim files and ensure that the required level of service is of the highest standard until deemed closed and finalised.
- Maintain and meet internal and external compliance requirements.
- During periods of high risk i.e. hail and flood, ensure that Clients are kept on alert for potential events that may give rise to a major claim.
- Contribute to the success of the Company by enhancing the Broker / Client relationship.
- Ensure professional conduct is always maintained to positively promote the Company and Insurance industry.
- Excitied about the prospect of working full time in office
- A passion for the commercial motor space
- A minimum of 3 years of heavy motor end to end claims management
- A dynamic mindset that looks to problem-solve autonomously
