Job DescriptionAs a Claims Consultant at Fuse Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims across motor, property, and liabilities portfolios. You will provide expert guidance to clients throughout the claims process, assess and process claims in line with company policies and insurer guidelines, negotiate settlements with insurers, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need up to 5 years' experience as a Claims Consultant, previous experience in claims management, particularly in motor, property, and liability claims, excellent communication and client relationship-building skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proven negotiation skills.
