+ The Technical Writer will be responsible for documenting project lifecycle documentation such as business requirements documents, requirements traceability, SWOT, work instructions, process flows, options papers, testing and acceptance criteria, service model documentation, and other design artefacts.

- **+**_ _Manage end-user workshops, elicit, document, and analyze requirements, conduct user surveys, and analyze business process performance.

+ Work with various corporate business segments and cross-functional teams, with expertise in driving business transformation through change.

+ Lead solution definition phase and service delivery phase (preferable).
+ Background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and associated frameworks such as ITIL (preferable).
+ Strong M365 experience (required).

- **Requirements**:_
- **+ **_Minimum baseline clearance is mandatory.
- _**+ **_At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- _**+ **_Subject matter expertise in business process management and lean processes, drive business change, and take ownership of delivering key outcomes in projects.
- _**+ **_Excellent technical writing skills with experience in creating high-quality project lifecycle documentation.
- _**+ **_Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- _**+ **_Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- _**+ **_Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- _**+ **_Ability to manage end-user workshops, elicit, document, and analyze requirements, conduct user surveys, and analyze business process performance.
