**Responsibilities**:
Consolidate, update, and migrate existing documentation from various sources, including Confluence, Teams, and network folders.
Set and communicate documentation standards, best practices, templates, and update/ownership processes.
Collaborate with internal ICT teams and vendors to understand documentation requirements for ICT systems and processes.
Collect, analyze, and consolidate existing content from disparate sources.
Perform gap analysis to identify missing or outdated documentation.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technical writing and documentation tools.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, specifically in consolidating and updating technical documentation.
Strong expertise in using Confluence and other documentation tools.
Excellent writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Familiarity with documentation best practices and standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors to gather information and fill gaps.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Solid understanding of ICT systems and processes.
Experience in performing documentation gap analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
AU$650 - AU$800 per day
