Exciting Opportunity for a Technical Writer at EBR

EBR, a rapidly growing Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a talented and dedicated Technical Writer to join its team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for intended audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and memorable content explaining the differentiating factors of EBR's cloud services offerings
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets industry standards and is tailored to the needs of EBR's clients
  • Collaborate with the scrum master/project manager to ensure seamless integration with the company's operations and R&D documentation
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for business audiences
  • Design and maintain the information architecture to enhance customer understanding of EBR's products and systems

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail
  • Must be based in Sydney or Canberra
