**Sales Development Representative - IT/Software Industry**

Due to increased demand for our services and growth, we are looking for full-time or part-time Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team. We take pride in being the world's premier Sales Development team for hire, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate with some of the top players in the IT and Software industry in the Asia Pacific and North America.

**Your role will involve, but not be limited to**:

- Collaborating with our professional team to assess prospects over the phone using leads provided by our clients and/or our internal database.
- Working on various IT campaigns for our clients in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
- Scheduling appointments with prospects for our clients; you will not be responsible for selling products or services.
- Maintaining the database with the most up-to-date contact information and recording accurate call notes.
- Participating in client briefings and regular progress meetings/calls with the client and the campaign team.
- Engaging in internal training and learning to further enhance your skills and knowledge.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, and/or outbound calling. However, we are also open to hiring individuals with no previous telemarketing experience but possess strong confidence and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency in professional business English.
- Confidence in using computers and new software.
- Willingness to make outbound calls to prospective leads without hesitation.
- A positive can-do attitude, reliability, and self-motivation to achieve results for yourself and your clients.
- An interest in developing sales skills or pursuing a career in the IT/software industry.

**Base salary will depend on experience in a similar role**:

- Starting base salary of $55,000 for a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Base salary of up to $80,000 for 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
