We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and forward-thinking
**Marketing Manager **to join our team. The Marketing Manager will lead the digital department to execute digital marketing strategy as well as offline, retail marketing. This is in order to increase brand awareness, drive sales and new consumer’s acquisition.
Based in our South Yarra office the Marketing Manager
***must have have 5+ years’ experience in both the eCommerce and Digital space (preferably working in D2C) as well as offline marketing experience, and will have aspirations for growth, innovation, and positive outcomes.
**Requirements to be successful for this role, you will**:
- Proven 5+ years of experience working in a similar marketing role in house for a brand that grocery and pharmacy listings as well as a D2C model.
- Understanding Grocery & Pharmacy Retail Promotional planning
- Ability to create digital marketing and advertising content for social media platforms, such as, **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube**:
- Proven track record using **Facebook Ads Manager**:
- The ability to take direction, work independently and hit targets
- Proven experience in scaling ad spend (both online and offline) profitably
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage performance marketing programs to deliver strong ROI.
- Technical expertise in Product Feeds, pixel set up and best practice account setup and management
- Proven experience in measuring and analyzing online and offline marketing campaigns
**Duties**
- From strategy to execution, create and implement a highly effective strategy across Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads, scaling our account spend while maintaining a healthy ROAS.
- From strategy to execution, create and implement a highly effective strategy across offline retail marketing, including working with agencies to develop offline activations, street poster campaigns
- Working with a commercial manager to manage and execute co-op spending in pharmacy and grocery channels
- Hitting aggressive weekly and monthly KPIs
- Successfully run campaigns pushing business-as-usual products, as well as one-off/limited edition campaigns
- Work alongside the graphic designer/video editor to create high performing campaigns
- Complete data driven daily, weekly and monthly optimisations and weekly/monthly reports
- Build robust performance measurement framework, implementing ongoing reporting with actionable insights, using this data to optimise and improve social performance
- Completing effective competitor analysis and adjusting our campaigns to generate the highest market share.
- Stay on top of industry updates and relevant business impacts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and adopt new marketing technologies.
- Implement automated analytics reporting across Paid Social Channels
- Conduct AB tests, measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of paid marketing programs.
- Work with creative teams to ensure paid marketing initiatives are "on brand" with the products, promotions, and overall business strategy.
