**Job Description**:
**Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) role**:
Our Team is led by Shaunna Meneilly. Shaunna has extensive experience in sales and loves working with teams that support each other so that they can achieve outstanding results together.

At First AML, our Sales team work in pods that are dedicated to a certain industry. They normally include 2 Account Executives and 1 Sales Development Representative.

As a team, we love to collaborate - each of our sales team partners with an onboarding specialist and customer success manager. This way of working creates a great team environment that nurtures our passion for our customers.

We are passionate about our execution - we work hard to accelerate our growth and deliver amazing results for our customers.

.this is where you come in
- You'll be managing an inbound sales funnel by qualifying and tracking leads
- This will include creating new business opportunities throughout Australia. Qualifying opportunities and leads before passing these on to a team of Account Executives
- Qualify and engage prospects by supplying information about our SaaS product
- Provide the wider sales team with detailed information about prospects
- Promoting a customer centric culture by ensuring a strong focus on sales delivery and execution.
- Manage sales activities, meetings, leads and sales achievements out of Salesforce CRM platform
- Connecting and engaging with new and potential First AML customers will be high on your priority list, especially when it comes to cold calling
- Your key responsibility will be to attract high value customers and increase annual recurring revenue
- You'll collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure that you always know what is around the corner
- You will explore new ways to identify opportunities, accelerate your pipeline and convert leads
- You'll streamline and improve your sales processes to meet market needs
