**Sales Development Representative - IT/Software Industry**

Due to increased demand for our services and growth, we are looking for full-time or part-time Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team. **Your role will involve, but not be limited to**:

- Collaborating with our professional team to assess prospects over the phone using leads provided by our clients and/or our internal database.
- Working on various IT campaigns for our clients in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
- Scheduling appointments with prospects for our clients; you will not be responsible for selling products or services.
- Maintaining the database with the most up-to-date contact information and recording accurate call notes.
- Participating in client briefings and regular progress meetings/calls with the client and the campaign team.
- Engaging in internal training and learning to further enhance your skills and knowledge.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Having experience in telecommunication industry will be preferred
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, and/or outbound calling. However, we are also open to hiring individuals with no previous telemarketing experience but possess strong confidence and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency in professional business English.
- Confidence in using computers and new software.
- Willingness to make outbound calls to prospective leads without hesitation.
- A positive can-do attitude, reliability, and self-motivation to achieve results for yourself and your clients.
- An interest in developing sales skills or pursuing a career in the IT/software industry.

**Base salary will depend on experience in a similar role**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $67,400.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- B2B Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Outbound Calling: 1 year (preferred)
