**About the role**

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Service Technicians who perform on-site services including installation, servicing, maintenance and repair needs of customers. You will also oversee warehouse staff and premises in relation to storage and distribution.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for those with leadership and management experience across the Service industry. You will offer a good understanding of customer perspective and have a proven capability to build solid relationships.

Other responsibilities include:

- Lead and manage a team of 50 technicians, fostering a culture of engagement, development and high performance.
- Ensure the team is adequately resourced, recruiting, selecting, onboarding and training new employees
- Manage daily field service operations and ensure all work is administered with jobs delivered in full on time and accurately invoiced
- Maintain existing relationships with customers and seek to develop new customer relationships
- Lead and drive safety initiatives including environmental and continuous improvement programs
- Carry out auditing and provide timely reports and process feedback as required

**Skills & experience**
- Proven track record as a Service Manager in a fast paced environment
- Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence essential
- High level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and ability to plan ahead and prioritise workload
