We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated team member to join our Sales & Technical team. This is a customer-facing position within our organisation and we are seeking someone who has excellent communications skills along with a love of high-performance vehicles.

**About the Role**
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Providing technical and sales support to dealers and customers.
- Fault Finding - Troubleshooting electrical installations, mechanical problems and computer software installation issues.
- May include in-field technical support at race meetings and customer premises (some travel and weekend work involved).
- May include dynamometer testing and engine tuning.
- Assisting with software and firmware development.
- Preparation and maintenance of internal and external technical documentation.
- Setup and maintenance of customer files and documentation in accordance with standard procedures

**About You**
- 2 years experience working in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and challenges
- Networking ability
- High level of Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM and other related software)
- A keen passion for performance cars and electronic technology products
- Working knowledge of aftermarket engine management systems and electronic fuel injection systems
- Sound knowledge of internal combustion engines, performance modifications and forced induction systems
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to work unsupervised and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent drive and initiative, proactive desire to learn and grow within the company.
