- Global Facilities Maintenance has been delivering comprehensive Programmed Maintenance and Reactive Service Solutions to large commercial food, beverage and industrial equipment for customers across Australia for over 30 years.
We provide food and beverage equipment installation, warranty servicing, programmed maintenance and reactive services for bakery, butchery, delicatessens, clubs, cafes, restaurants and more.
**About the Role**:
- We are seeking a full time Key Account Manager to assist with:
- Developing and implementing key account management strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and present new product offerings or solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities or potential risks.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and other relevant data to the Executive General Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, account activities and sales opportunities in the current system.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues or complaints.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels.
