We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a fantastic team based in Macquarie Park on a part-time basis to support key internal and external stakeholders with customer queries and order management.

You will be a strong administrator with great people skills with a willingness to learn and support a highly driven and dynamic team. You will ideally have experience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.

**Your day-to-day will include, but not be limited to**:

- Providing high-level customer support to key B2B clients.
- Accurate data entry when processing orders into CRM system
- Liaising day-to-day with Retail Partners in relation to delivery timeframes and order processing to achieve effect customer relations and service to customers.
- Handling customer interaction in an efficient and professional manner.
- Administering customer credits and conducting inquiries when needed.
- Developing close business partnerships with key external stakeholders to drive demand and build business confidence
- Working closely with supply chain team, liaising with transport providers and Warehouse Team
- Contributing to the team's continuous improvement initiatives.

**Who you are?**
- Strong customer service experience and confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- A strong administrator with great attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure when needed to ensure fast and accurate customer support
- Experience using EDI systems with order processing to enter data, update and track information and pull reports.
- A high achiever with the desire to develop and grow within an established organisation
- Experience within the FMCG space is beneficial but not essential
