**COMPANY**

This international business has been operating for over 15 years and imports a number of goods within the FMCG market.

Known for their work hard play hard culture and heavy team-oriented mentality, they boast a fantastic company culture with very little staff turnover.

**POSITION**

An IT Manager position has now become available due to rapid growth & demandn.

You will be the primary IT Manager responsible for the following but not limited to:

- Designing & implementing a new ICT Roadmap for the Company
- Leading a collaborative team environment, by mentoring and coaching others to be the best they can be, and by creating a trusting and inclusive team culture.
- The end to end operations of the IT function, including tech assets, ICT systems, including on-premise and cloud environments.
- Empowering the team to be customer service orientated and to solve complex technical problems, to ensure IT is a trusted partner throughout the organisation.
- Role modelling a proactive and continuous improvement mindset by being a hands on and engaging leader.
- Ensuring IT best-practice policies and processes are in place and adhered to, setting and managing SLAs and KPIs, and reporting regularly on their progress.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

- A proven track record of IT Management experience
- Ability to design IT Infrastructure and Implement those IT Infrastructure Designs is a **MUST**:

- Strong understanding of ERP Implementation & Warehouse Operations from an IT perspective is a **MUST**:

- Qualifications in Information Technology
- A continuous-improvement mindset
- Technical hands-on experience supporting Microsoft workstations, servers, Microsoft Azure and Office365.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
