The Opportunity
This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our marketing team and be responsible for planning, organising, and executing various events, and playing a key role in audience engagement across team, client and community. You will oversee the practical quality of the annual event calendar, managing the end-to-end execution from pre-event to post-evaluations.

What you'll do, but not limited to
- End-to-End Execution: From planning and coordinating vendors to managing on-site logistics, you'll orchestrate events with a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Innovate and Inspire: Be at the forefront of event trends collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brief and execute a market-leading event to match. Your creativity will drive the unique experiences we deliver.
- Budget and Project Management Mastery: With your financial and organisational acumen, you'll ensure that events are executed flawlessly while adhering to budgetary and time constraints.
- Attendee Experience: Foster positive interactions with attendees and ensure their needs are met through the event and deliver a guest experience in line with event objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Working with stakeholders across the business, use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive effective outcomes, ensuring set objectives are delivered across multiple concurrent projects.
- Administration and processes: Bringing your knowledge of tools, systems and processes, your energy, and superior organisational skills ensures a smooth-running process from concept to execution and evaluation.

What we are looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in event planning and management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple and concurrent events from end to end including budget, stakeholder, and supplier management.
- Business acumen in a corporate or similar environment and the event industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to turn a brief / concept into a market-leading event.
- Strong administrative background and knowledge of the core process of event management (CRM, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules.
