Your role
As the Executive Officer you will contribute to the department's organisational objectives by the provision of specialist secretariat support to our boards, providing high level support to ADG's and DDG's. This role reports to the Manager, ICT Project Services and will be a core team member, providing a specialist function to undertake a variety of research, project and committee support activities, including providing executive support for meetings, preparing and distributing agendas, papers and minutes, and following up action items.
- The ideal applicant will demonstrate the skills and experience required of an Executive Officer, specifically as it relates to ICT Secretariat functions, as outlined in the role description.
- As a member of a high performing team of support specialists, you will contribute to the team culture with you can-do attitude and willingness to learn, collaborate, and provide support to your teammates, and will become a vital part of helping to promote a safe and welcoming workplace.
- ICT Project Services sits within the Governance, Risk and Compliance directorate and as part of this time you will conduct yourself with honesty and integrity, leading by example to ensure compliance with Department policies and procedures.
