Eden Ritchie is seeking an Executive Officer to provide a high level of support ensuring the provision of timely, professional and quality liaison and executive services (managing correspondence and briefing material) to the Associate Director-General and the broader Department portfolio, as well as the Office of the Director-General, and the Minister for Department.
- 3 week contract with the possibility of extension to mid-February
- Brisbane CBD location

**As the Executive Officer, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Act as first point of contact for the Office of the Associate Director-General and use your discretion and demonstrate a high level of professionalism to provide information and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the diary and commitments of the Associate Director-General including liaison with other teams, senior executives and the Office of the Director-General and the Office of the Minister.
- Assist the Principal Advisor to administer and maintain timely and accurate data, correspondence and records including Ministerial and Director-General correspondence and briefing notes.
- Coordinate and contribute to the day-to-day activities of the office and assurance activity including travel arrangements, finance and asset management, procurement, human resource management, internal and external communication activities as well as contribute to continuous improvement and forward planning.
- Deliver a range of administrative and support services to the team to ensure efficient operations in accordance with relevant practices, policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the Associate Director-General, Director and Principal Advisor to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
