**Full Job Description**
The company provides a suite of software tools that enables hospitals of all sizes to improve a huge silent issue in clinical information management: casemix capture, backlog management and analysis. It is groundbreaking innovative software backed by AI.
The Role:
This role is for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by winning and maintaining new clients.
You will be responsible for prospecting, maximising sales opportunity, developing sales plans and working with our internal and external presales and delivery teams to deliver strong results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align your product knowledge and expertise with our solutions
- Comprehensively present all products and services to prospective clients
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering
with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
management team
- Identifying potential new customers by leveraging your network, developing
targeted outbound appointment setting campaigns and attending industry
functions.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that
will lead to an increase in sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM information and opportunity tracking
- Forecasting new service revenue and keeping the sales pipeline of the team
up to date in real time
- Commitment to achieving Individual and team KPIs
- Commitment to training and selling the entire suite of products and services.
- Commitment to promote the company culture and values.
Skills and Experience:
- Successful previous experience as a BDM/Account Executive
- Good negotiating and closing skills
- Manager/Account Executive consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and
effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to develop strong positive relationships with peers, customers and
suppliers essential
- Experience working in IT/SaaS/Tech Health
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and solutions focus consulting highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A positive attitude
- Maintains a customer first approach to all activities.
