Financial Services Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Operations Specialist to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our financial services clients.

Your primary focus will be on providing high-level administrative support to our financial planners, including preparing for client meetings, undertaking fact finds, and assisting with implementation and compliance. You will also be responsible for facilitating client advice implementation and ensuring appropriate processing, proactively following up on applications and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have outstanding organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be a self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously and collaboratively within a close team. A strong desire to learn and a growth mindset towards your development are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high levels of customer service to new and existing clients
  • Prepare for client meetings, undertake fact finds, and assist with implementation and compliance
  • Facilitate client advice implementation and ensure appropriate processing
  • Manage communications between all stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, and superannuation funds

Requirements:

  • Working experience in a client service or administrative support role
