**Head of Operational Resilience
**About the Opportunity

Reporting to our Stores Enablement Director, this is a pivotal and exciting opportunity to really drive impact. Being responsible for a fit for purpose Business Continuity plan from developed through to implementation to support our team, customer and communities wellbeing while ensuring we continue to meet our purpose of feeding all Australians.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, this role must demonstrate strong business acumen, and an agile mindset when developing proposed solutions and changes to operational standards. Ensuring that any changes are in line with business objectives and meet government guidelines.

You will be responsible for:

- Business Continuity
- COVID Planning and Response Disaster Management

**This role will also see you:
- Lead the Operational Resilience team, to provide specialist support and counsel to Operational leaders across Australia
- Develop and communicate a well-articulated Business Continuity strategy and direction for Australian Supermarkets, including the development, monitoring and reporting on BCP testing
- Maintain the EMT (Emergency Management Team) structure for Woolworths Supermarkets, and provide guidance and training support
- Develop and communicate a well-articulated network disaster management plan
- Provide on-going leadership and support to all senior leaders across Australian Supermarkets
- Ensure regular communication and consultation occurs across all internal stakeholder groups, including the community team and Group Resilience
- Directly train leaders in high risk stores with Emergency Management framework Risk mitigate other key events through the year, ie Christmas and Easter

You’re a passionate leader, with an exceptional ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders, particularly senior leaders.

You will also demonstrate:

- Ability to influence relationships and outcomes with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience in a fast-paced organisation, navigating change, and adapting quickly
- Results orientated, relentlessly uncover issues and collaborate with teams to find suitable solutions
- A demonstrated track record of building and sustaining high impact teams
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through a system leadership / Agile approach Experience in business transformation projects
