A rare opportunity within the Sales & Marketing Team has arisen, and we seek a dynamic and accomplished Sales Manager to join our high performing team. This role will consolidate and grow the hotel's leading position within the Adelaide hotel market.
**So, what does the role look like?**
As our Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy for several key markets (including Leisure, Group and Entertainment), and be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients, corporations, and travel partners. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and elevating the hotel's brand presence in the luxury market. You will identify the potential for innovation and growth of Eos by SkyCity by considering and implementing new and unique revenue generating opportunities, as well as conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends.
The Sales Manager will also work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the digital marketing team on devising high-level strategies for digital channels, tying this in with the creation of seasonal and ad-hoc packages, and maximising opportunities for the leisure segment. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of guest and client experiences, and representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.
**What you will look like?**
With proven experience and a track record of success in luxury hotel sales, you will possess an in-depth understanding of key markets within the luxury hospitality market and utilise that knowledge to achieve revenue targets. You will have strong commercial and business acumen and a natural ability to create meaningful business relationships, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess strong negotiation and presentation abilities and will hit the ground running to support our wider Eos Sales and hotel departments. Ideally, you will also bring with you strong relationships with the wider tourism and travel industry, including SATC, Business Events Adelaide, ATEC and Tourism Australia.
