Join an impactful organisation with a strong mission and vision as their People & Culture Advisor and be a part of a purpose-based organisation where senior leaders truly value HR.

Reporting into a dynamic and inspirational leader, this role will see you act as the first point of contact for HR queries within the business and provide advice to line managers on a range of HR matters. This opportunity will see you support the Head of People & Culture and gain invaluable exposure to this exciting business as well as broad ownership across the employee lifecycle.

As the P&C Advisor, your key responsibilities will include;
- Providing expert management support, award interpretation and advice;
- Management of Employee Relations matters through to a successful conclusion;
- Respond to enquiries relating to awards, remuneration and benefits, HR policy, process and more;
- Taking ownership of the values program and visa management for employees;
- Continuously focus on improving management capability;
- HR reporting and analysis;
- Working with the Head of Human Resources and assisting in delivering the HR agenda.

To be successful in this role you will have a continuous improvement & solutions-focused mindset, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail. You’ll have an eagerness to learn, take ownership and problem-solve. You’ll have an analytical mindset and be able to thrive in a complex environment with the gravitas to partner closely with managers & employees across the organisation.
