Culture Amp is currently looking for a Recruiter to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team on a 9 month contract through to the end of 2024.

This is an exciting opportunity to help support hiring across the functions of Customer (Sales) and Org (Corporate Functions) as we grow and scale.

Working across a range of roles and disciplines you will also have the opportunity to help support our strategic direction for 2024.

As part of a wider team of passionate Senior & Lead Recruiters you will take an active role in attracting and sourcing market leading talent that is aligned to our mission and values.


Please note:
This role is based in Sydney with the expectation you will be comfortable attending our fantastic new office in Surry Hills 1-2 times per week

You will:

  • Own full cycle recruiting responsibilities for Customer & Org. roles in APAC. You will work closely with hiring managers to build their teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent.
  • Cover a remit that will include roles across (but not limited to): Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, People & Culture.
  • Work collaboratively across our Global TA team and the wider People & Experience team on ongoing projects to support process improvement

You have:

  • 2 + years experience managing end to end recruitment processes across a range of business functions and levels in Sales and/or Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, Marketing)
  • A passion to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in all areas of our hiring processes
  • Comfort with the change environment of working in a fastpaced, growing scaleup.
