PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.
Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.
**The Role**:
We currently have an opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our Business Partnerships team. A key requirement will be to develop and maintain working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring that day to day service delivery, management of data and effective communication is delivered throughout the business.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
- Manage end to end contract life cycle management across VPC, Transport and additional services
- Manage the customers’ performance within agreed contractual parameters to deliver quality customer service by measurements and review, ensure that service levels and KPIs are met
- Ensure the contract performance complies with senior management directives, customer polices and statutory regulations at all times
- Active support, implementation and participation in the company Business Improvements Programme, ensuring the successful certification of the business ISO:9001 in accordance with the programme set out by the Divisional Manager
- Manage business relationships with internal/external customers
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing a professional, empathetic and solution orientated approach
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures to ultimately enhance the customer experience;
- Planning and coordination of account tasks, including coordinating changing tasks to achieve optimal customer requirements
- Identify organic growth opportunities by cross selling value add solutions
- Prepare and support business development and tender submissions.
**Skills and Experience**:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, dealing with OEM's, Dealerships and/or Fleet Management
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and effective persuasion skills
- Quick learner, a problem solver and diligently follow up on outstanding issues
- Ability to plan and execute according to plan
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, having the ability to cope well with multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Can work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- You are a customer-centric individual and can handle stressful situations in a professional and effective manner
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not essential.
