Supply Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Supply Coordinator for our client that is a global pharmaceutical company in Melbourne. You will serve as the APAC region coordinator for enabling high quality collaboration planning between the local market and global supply chain. Responsible for assisting the coordination, management, and communication of finished goods supply health for assigned markets & customers and local reps. Helping the team, to be proactive in the position as the main point of contact with market partners. Supporting the preparation and review of market sale and operation planning, supply plans and along with the coordination of the short-term escalation management process within the department.

**Responsibilities**:
- To promote outstanding customer service and market performance, take part in the integration and coordination of supply plans between markets and customers and operating unit supply chain planning.
- When necessary, collaborate with relevant team to support the supply teams' and markets' and customers' interactions to guarantee a customer-focused approach and, eventually, the availability of the necessary output to satisfy market demand.
- Informational assistance for the relevant team's communications with important company stakeholders is needed to guarantee market and customer supply continuity and to promote ongoing company process improvement.
- Support the relevant team with the planning and execution of the market-level sales and operation planning.
- Assist the relevant team with government contracts, direct import initiatives, and requests for clinical supplies in coordination with regional market partners, making sure to stay in contact with supply and demand partners.
- Assist the team with new product instructions when required and serve as conduit for commercial to the launch team as necessary
- Ensure key supply chain metrics for customers and markets in scope of responsibility are aligned with the business, providing analysis and commentary to commercial partners
**Requirements**:
- Graduate or 1-2 a long time of related involvement inside the Pharmaceutical or Customer businesses is a bonus
- Supply chain planning experience is a bonus
- ERP, SAP
- Basic operational understanding of Logistics, Warehousing and Transportation is ideal
- Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking and critical thinking skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic about the role
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the global practices where business is conducted
