We are seeking a suitably experienced professional to provide administrative support to the Executive Advisor and overall Clinical Operations team. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term position (ending 31 Dec 2024) is based in Blackburn North, with hybrid arrangements available.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Advisor Clinical Operations, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide high level administrative support to the Executive Advisor and Clinical Operations Team including diary, inbox, records management, and coordination of various documents and correspondence
- Provide support in a timely manner ensuring compliance, confidentiality and quality requirements are upheld
- Develop excellent working relationships across clinical operations and the wider organisation at AV
- Maintain an ethos of excellent customer service, working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders

About you

**To be successful for this position you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support within a large or complex organisation or department
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail using sound checking/validation processes to ensure reliable and accurate information
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Sound judgement and maturity to ensure confidential or sensitive matters are handled appropriately

Successful applicants will need to have received the mandated COVID-19 vaccinations and be willing to complete pre-employment screening including references, misconduct, and Police Checks.
This position is graded AEA Band 4 under the Ambulance Victoria Enterprise Agreement 2020. Hybrid working options are available however it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Blackburn North headquarters.
