Charis Home Cleaning is a growing cleaning business operating across Melbourne and Geelong.
- We are offering a **full time, permanent position**:

- **Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm**.
- **Working from home**

You will be in charge of **new sales** to new clients. Ideally we want some with a warm manner who can build rapport and bring in new customers. Your success in this role will drive the success of the business and you will be a key player in the ongoing success of the business.

**Remuneration**

This job begins at $61 000/yr incl super with 4 weeks annual leave, sick/carers leave and other entitlements.

**The role**

The primary duties of this role will be **sales and hiring **but will also include the necessary administrative skills to manage these processes. You will be responsible for:
**1. New Sales**
- New sales to potential new customers via various platforms such as website enquiries, google pages, facebook, one flare, high pages, service seeking, airtasker and others.
- New client onboarding with existing companies we work with
- Developing the sales pipeline with new companies/agencies and getting these onboarded to the point they are providing regular client leads
- Maintaining relationships with onboarded customers until transferred to our customer/staff management team.

**2.** **Hiring**
- Manage job advertising, calling new potential employees, organising trial cleans through to onboarding new cleaning staff and ensuring compliance to age care, NDIS and company policies.
- You will need to ensure you are hiring ahead of sales and manage our staff and job numbers to maintain the correct balance between job and staff numbers

**3. Occasional Cover for admin staff**
- While our admin staff are sick or on leave you will at times be needed to cover their roles managing the existing client and cleaner base.

You will be working closely with our existing customer management staff and the business owners. You will be directly responsible to the owner for your ongoing performance.

**Your Skills**
- You will have an excellent and warm phone manner and be able to quickly build rapport with potential new customers, companies and employees.
- You will be able to effectively make new sales to new customers and be able to win them over.
- You will be able to drive the sales pipeline of new companies moving forward and see more and more companies and agencies using us as their primary service provider.
- You will have great communication skills.
- You will be able to work independently to meet the required sales targets.
- You will have a great work ethic and be able to work alongside our existing staff team.
- You will take responsibility to grow the business over the coming years.
- You will be looking for a long term job.

- You will need a laptop or computer.
- We will provide you with a phone for use.
