Our client is a world leader in developing unique and specially designed products, including intimate apparel and swimwear that enhance women's well-being and support.

**About the role....**
Reporting to a delightful General Manager you will be responsible for managing, developing and growing sales in WA & NT. Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- manage, develop and grow sales in both the retail and medical channels
- establish call cycles for the current WA accounts
- prospecting for new business in the retail and medical channels
- analyse sales trends and provide monthly reports to the General Manager
- implement promotional activity & product launch activities as directed
- monitor inventory levels in retail stores ensuring depth of range & strong brand visibility
- maintain customer orders on CRM
- attend relevant medical congress
- educate and lead group discussions promoting the benefits of the product range with retail, medical and consumer groups with the aim of establishing strong referral networks across all channels

**Skills and experience we'd love....**
Our client is seeking a self-motivated, driven and passionate Account Manager/Sales Professional with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. You will also have;
- proven sales history in achieving sales targets
- sales experience in Intimate Apparel industry highly regarded
- sales experience in either the Medical Device or Home Health Care industries also beneficial
- demonstrated ability in new business development & prospecting
- proven history of establishing positive relationships with customers
- establish positive relationships with customers
- strong analytical skills & computer literacy - proficient MS Office skills
- exceptional time management skills
- confident self-starter who can work autonomously

**This is a truly unique sales role that incorporates interface with consumers, healthcare professionals and retailers, and requires empathy, flexibility and adaptability. But mostly a can-do attitude.**

The role entails travel locally within WA, interstate to NT once a year, and to Victoria for sales meetings quarterly.
