Ensuring sales targets, contract compliance and divisional objectives, through successful implementation of effective sales/strategy and establishment/maintenance of appropriate sales performance

**Duties**:

- To achieve / exceed sales budgets
- Maintain account SLA’s
- Manage and Direct all activities in the day to day operations of respective accounts
- Pricing strategy, analysis & negotiation across business line
- Oversee accounts customer communication
- Prepare sales budgets, monitor performance to date and amend sales forecasts as required
- Implement strategy to ensure profitability
- Manage/deliver client compliance to contract/database
- Develop new business pipeline with allocated clients and prioritise leads
- Prepare & implement activity designed to increase sales and/or market share - organic growth & promotional activity
- Oversee new/current contracts

**Skills and Experience**:

- You will possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Minimum 5 years in similar role
- Extensive and successful experience in sales management or major accounts management
- Business to Business or Business to Government selling and servicing.
- Experience in working withing the mining sector
- Knowledge of Workplace Occupational Health and Safety issues
- Experience in the budgeting process and with forecasting
- Being able to work effectively in a high pressured fast paced environment with multiple competing demands
- Time Management and Planning Skills
- Presentation and interpersonal skills
- An energetic self starter
- Excellent oral / written communication skills
