Shopper Marketing Manager

**Your Impact**
The Shopper Marketing Manager will own and drive the omni-channel shopper activation Game Plan within the Endeavour Group (EG) sales channel for our iconic multi-beverage portfolio.
You will support the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager in developing the EG Joint Business Plans (JBP) and play a pivotal role in the EG annual planning process. Your expertise will be crucial in executing shopper marketing activations that align with the EG Game Plan & unlock category growth.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Leverage a strong understanding of CUB’s customer/channel strategies to develop creative omni channel activations that deliver the triple-win (win for our consumers, our customers, and the CUB business).
- Lead clear prioritization within customer activities - planning and prioritisation of multiple activities at the same time and raising risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Improve campaign efficiencies via maximising key selling weeks, expanding or driving new occasions and leveraging ATL with our customers.
- Detailed design, creation, delivery, and review of customer activations in addition to the tailoring of national Big Bets, NPD and IMC within customer(s).
- End-to-end project management and the efficient coordination of tasks, resources, and timelines to successfully achieve project goals and timelines.
- Agency management including briefing, ways of working, rules of engagement and maintaining strong, strategic, relationships sharing CUB & customer priorities.
- Ensure ROIs are completed on time for all Gold/Silver activations and adjust plans based on learnings.
- Develop activation initiatives on time within budget.
- Support the to develop and present sales briefing content for activities to the agreed in-market timelines.
- Support the development of EG JBP in collaboration with the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, Sales & Category teams to drive strategic initiatives that create a 3-way win.
**About you**:
- Extensive commercial experience gained within shopper / customer marketing, marketing or sales.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Deep passion and understanding of consumer and shopper behavior.
- Demonstrated experience in brief writing and partnering with creative agencies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in a shopper or customer marketing function preferred.
- Category Experience highly desirable.
- Experience in FMCG and/or Beverage highly desirable.
