**Reporting to the Director/Owner your duties would include**:

- Maintaining relationships with customers
- Meeting customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets and scheduling expenditures
- Improving customer service by conducting surveys and studying, evaluating and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analysing results
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on findings.
- Managing the approved budget of the customer service department.
- Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
- Enforcing company policies and procedures.

**To be successful in this role you must** Have strong organisational and time management skills. **Possess a high attention to detail, be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task. ** Have sound interpersonal and communication skills (both oral & written) **Proficiency in **AppleMac and it softwares Numbers **and Xero are **essentials**.**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
