Your new role will see you working alongside a close-knit team that lives and breathes DECJUBA excellence; so you know you will be supported in every interaction. Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, this role will be responsible for providing #AMAZING customer experiences to all DECJUBA customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering #AMAZING customer experiences through timely responses to all queries over the phone and online.
Taking a solution focused approach to continuously elevate the customer experience at DECJUBA.
Using your problem-solving skills to resolve more complex queries to ensure our customers always have an amazing experience.
Engage with internal teams to identify improvements based on customer feedback.
Ad hoc administrative duties for customer service as required.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in Retail or e-Commerce
A resilient and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace change.
Intermediate computer and administrative skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team player who will thrive in our close-knit, fun & collaborative team culture.
