**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a** Customer Service Representative & Social Media **SUPERSTAR** **to join our dynamic and passionate Customer Service Team at DECJUBA This is a position with a set roster of Tuesday - Saturday 8.30am - 5pm. Can’t work full time but available Saturdays? Our priority is finding the most #AMAZING person for the role, APPLY NOW to discuss your suitability.

Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, this role will be responsible for providing amazing customer experiences to all DECJUBA customers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delivering AMAZING customer experiences through timely responses to all queries over the phone and online.
- Taking a solution focused approach to continuously elevate the customer experience at DECJUBA.
- Using your problem-solving skills to resolve more complex queries to ensure our customers always have an amazing experience.
- Social Media Community Management (Saturdays) - communicating effectively with brand TOV to our broad and passionate social media audience.
- Ad hoc administrative duties for customer service as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- At least 2 years experience in a high volume retail or customer service setting.
- Experience in Social Media Community Management is highly regarded.
- A background in fashion retail is highly regarded.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering amazing customer experiences.
- Intermediate computer and administrative skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player who will thrive in our close-knit, fun & collaborative team culture.
