**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a** Customer Service Representative **SUPERSTAR** **to join our dynamic and passionate Customer Service Team at DECJUBA on a **6 Month Fixed Term Contract** This role is a causal opportunity and our priority is finding the most #AMAZING person for the role, APPLY NOW to discuss your suitability.

Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, this role will be responsible for providing amazing customer experiences to all DECJUBA customers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delivering #AMAZING customer experiences through timely responses to all queries over the phone and online.
- Taking a solution focused approach to continuously elevate the customer experience at DECJUBA.
- Using your problem-solving skills to resolve more complex queries to ensure our customers always have an amazing experience.
- Ad hoc administrative duties for customer service as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- At least 2 years experience in a high volume retail or customer service setting.
- A background in fashion retail is highly regarded.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering amazing customer experiences.
- Intermediate computer and administrative skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player who will thrive in our close-knit, fun & collaborative team culture.
