We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of organisational support, advice and development encompassing all aspects of human resource management to service managers as part of a business partner model for St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney.

We are seeking a skilled and energetic HR professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills who can problem solve, plan and prioritise, and deliver results within a busy service delivery context.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in the discipline of business, human resources, organisation development or other relevant area and/or experience delivering the full breadth of human resources services within a complex and diverse workforce.
3. Extensive experience in providing expert technical and specialised strategic HR advice and consultancy services at a senior level in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
4. Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, clinicians and support staff both verbally and in writing including effective interpersonal and conflict management skills.
5. Experience in developing and managing the implementation of workforce plans with stakeholder groups, including service reviews, restructures or similar change management processes.
